For the customer ADM we were allowed to conduct a mechanical course at the OLCC cracking mill. The training took place in the training center in Uzwil at the roller mill and a total of 7 mechanics participated in this 1-day course. The focus was set on the practical work at the roller mill, especially roll and bearing changes were looked at. The participants had the opportunity to perform most of the operations themselves with supervision and instructions from the instructor. The practical approach and the competence of SFT were highly appreciated.
